Payment Options

At our discretion, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Your account will be charged once your order has been received. At this time, unfortunately, we cannot accept personal checks, money orders or any other form of payment.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, simply return or exchange your unworn and unwashed merchandise with the tags attached and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. We do not accept merchandise for exchange or return that were not purchased from our website. Returned merchandise are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these four easy steps:

1. Include the original invoice, labels and tags.

2. Indicate whether you wish to make an exchange or return and the reason for the exchange or return. For exchanges, please provide the style number, color and size of the item that you wish to receive as replacement for your original order and the address to which you would like us to ship your new item.

3. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges of returned or exchanged merchandise, including our costs of shipping the exchanged merchandise to you. We do not assume any responsibility for any items lost or stolen in the mail or otherwise in transit or any damage to the item. Therefore, when sending your items we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express or UPS and insuring any items of value. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Shipping Options

Orders received will be processed and shipped promptly if in stock and after billing and credit information have been authorized and verified. Please provide complete billing and shipping information to avoid a possible delay in the delivery of your package. Please allow an additional 2 to 4 weeks for special orders or orders that are not in stock.

Our standard delivery service is United States Mail, so if your order is in stock your order should arrive between 1 to 5 business days after it has been processed. For example, if your order takes 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping and it was sent by standard delivery (1-5 business days), your order should arrive in 3 to 8 business days. Packages can be shipped express (overnight service) within the United States at charges assessed by Federal Express.

To ensure the safe delivery of your package, Federal Express requires a signature for all deliveries. For this reason we are unable to ship orders to P.O. boxes.
